Bad Blogger x3

Photobucket

I have been such a sucky blogger on here lately the majority of the time I post mainly on Confessions Of A Nail Polish Addict which is very naughty of me as this blog was here first & I do actually have a lot of things i could post about such as my carmine box’s, shopping hauls, trips away, My ebay & Pinterest addiction (although I keep calling it pininterest) etc… etc…

But for now I’m going to show you my 2 of my absolute favourite purchases from this month.

First up is my favourite purchase of the 2. This is something you may remember from way back in my August In my monthly must haves post. This has also been in my wishlist for god knows how long & I never thought I’d manage to get it as they stopped selling them in october…Enter Ebay! I finally figured out Paypal (yea I’m pretty slow) & low & behold there was my coat…. an unwanted Christmas present brand new with tags. It shall be mine!!! I became a little obssevive checking my bids on my breaks staring at it through the screen as though I could will it into my possesion but in the end my stalking payed off and this little beauty is finally mine!

Black & Gold….

Did a spot of shopping today, It was supposed to be Christmas shopping but I got more stuff for me than anyone else lol heres what I bought…

Photobucket
The purse is actually a birthday present for my mum it’s her birthday on the 2nd but I may invest in one for myself. The bag is beautiful and has a gorgeous black & white striped interior.  I absolutely LOVE both of these shoes and I can’t decide which to wear tommorow so I may wear one of each and call it a fashion statement (I’m so cool & hip like that). I also can’t decide which dress so I may have to go in the nuddy pants :0

Please help!

Sequins & Lace – A Tale Of Two Dresses….

Well as you may or may not know it was my 23rd birthday yesterday (I’m soo old! lol) & to celebrate my birthday next weekend me and 6 of my friends are off to Geordie land aka Newcastle for the weekend & I want to look FANTASTIC! (Or try to anyway). I’ve been dress hunting online & seen a bazillion pretty dresses some of which I posted in Sequins?. But when I went to try the dresses on in the shop they were nowhere to be found & were only being sold online (booo). And I like to try things on before I buy because although they may look nice on the picture they may look hideous on me plus I would have had to order about 12 dresses in different sizes which would cost a fortune & I had no time to be sending them backwards & forwards etc etc so to cut a long and boring story short I went to meadowhall & tried another bazillion dress I liked on and here are the 2 I liked best…..

Baroque Bodycon Sequin Dress £58

I actually saw this dress online but I wan’t really keen on it untill I saw it in the shop. It is seriously stunning the photo doesn’t do it justice, the only problem is that its really small sizing’s and not much stretch so whereas I’m normally a uk size 6 I had to get the uk size 8. It’s also a bit on the pricey side but other than that it fits perfect & looks great.

Pink Lace Bodycon Dress £32

An absolute bargain if you ask me (which you probably didn’t) especially for River Island. I actually have this dress in the Pink colour but you can’t really see the detail because of the white background which is why I also posted it in the Navy. It has diamond shaped cut outs on the sides and is sheer on the top. It’s so fitted and soft it fits great and looks great.

I loved both of these dresses sooo much I really couldn’t decide which to buy, so in the end I bought both (I just can’t help my self). The only problem now is deciding which to wear to go out in but I’ve decided im going to wait till the actually night when I’ve done my hair and make up and then try them on & see which I think is best. With both outfits I plan on using this bag…..

Kurt Geiger = Happy Feet

I pretty sure I’m a shoe-a-holic as yesterday I went and bought Elle magazine which I have never EVER bought in my enitre life, simply because it had a free £20 gift card for Kurt Geiger included in it. So I’ve searched through his entire line & have fallen completely head-over-heels for these beauties, the only problem is I can’t decide which colour!

Another plus is that these are currently on sale from £120 to £69 (apart from the emerald ones which are £79) which would make them £49/59 with the gift card. So what do you guys think? What colour should I choose? Does anyone else buy magazine solely for the free gift? lol

These boots were made for walking….

…& thats just what they’ll do! One of these days the boots are gona walk all over you! dumdadumdadadum….

Nehoo I bought some really cute boots in the sale yesterday I lurve them! They’re kind of like cowboy boots but with a modern twist (although I would freakin LOVE some cowboy boots)

Nehoo here they are…

Photobucket

They were £20 down from £49.99 I just had to have them I just need somewhere to wear them BOO :(

Also I bought some new sandals too YAY as I’ve manged to break the zip on one pair so I couldn’t get them off & had to cut them off :’( it was a sad time for all involved (well just me really). Athough they did have a good run as I bought them last year & wore them almost everyday. & then last weekend I managed to break my favouritist pair ever :’( & break my toe when a rogue cobble attacked me, in my defense it came from nowhere & the 3 bottles of wine were certainly not to blame. honest.

Photobucket

These were also a sale item (what can I say? I’m a bargain hunter) They were £15 down from £25 I actually wanted black but I figured I always wear either black or silver jewellery with my outfits anyway & I’ve got silver sandals so I’ll have a pair to match.

Oooo & lastly I bought this…

Photobucket

Yeah I know last thing I need is more nail varnish, but it’s a great colour & the icing on the cake is it actually smells like cranberries! I know right?! I’ve had it on for almost 2 days now & it still smells gorgeous! I do worry people think I’m a little special though when they see me randomly sniffing my fingers (I can’t help it it’s yummy!). I bought it for £2.99 from Boots. They have the scented varnish’s in 4 different colours & scents I cant wait to get another flavour colour.

Photobucket

Righto thats my bargains for now, as I’m very poor right now & must save for next weekend. I should also rest my poorly toe I hopes its better by next weekend for my Bank Holiday plans (being drunk mainly), as horror of horrors I can’t wear heels! I tried a pair on yesterday and couldnt put any pressure on it and had to crawl to the mirror to see what they looked like (luckily nobody was around) & I have a certain pair of Leopard print heels calling my name.

Ok now I’ve done blabbering I’ll leave you all to your day

Festival Fever

If you’ve ever been to a music festival such as Glastonbury, Leeds Fest, Creamfeilds, V-fest etc… You’ll know its all about standing out from the crowd & expressing yourself here are some of my favourites for festival goers & of course they’re all Animal print :)

My Fave Finds For Festival Fun

Does the thought of attempting to put a tent up reduce you to tears? Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night thinking your being suffocated only to realise your tents fallen down? (true story) Ever tried to put a tent up in the middle of the night with only your phone for a light? Well I have & its not fun when so my solution was this.

Photobucket
A Pop Up Tent! Quite obviously genious, no messing with wires & poles wondering why your tents up but but you still have a pole in your hand. Literally open the bag and throw it and BOOM! You have a tent for the night. All you have to do is stick the hooks through the already attatched hoops and hey presto your ready to go. Still need a sleeping bag? Then look no further a matching sleeping for just £26.00 £17.33 and Tent-£19.99.

Both tent & sleeping bag are from Tesco.

Photobucket

Accesorize

No matter what music festival you go to around the UK more often that not you are going to need a pair of wellies because nothing worse than have to walk around with wet feet. But don’t worry you can pick up a great pair from around £10.

   Photobucket

Photobucket

Another festival esesential is a brolly! And what better brolly to go with your parka than a Leopard print one.Photobucket

Brolly £14.99 River Island

Photobucket

I have to say I frikkin LOVE THIS seriously I want one it’s too cute! £16.99 River Island

Photobucket

Hmmm just thinking now I seem to have some seriously random addictions like nail varnish & anything leopard print, but another one is hats and scarfs I have 3 draws full & I still buy more every year I may end up adding these to my collection its just so pretty! Plus its on sale £24.99 £10.00 River Island

PhotobucketFor those sunnier days (which lets face are rare) these sunnies would be perfect for keeping the sun out of your eyes (& eyeing up those sexy festival boys) keep your peepers perfect for £14.99 River Island

Photobucket

Speaking of obsessions bags are another thing infact i post my obsessions collections on it a later post but i must say this weekend bag is gorgeous! Tbh it would probably be too small for me as me & the expression ‘travel light’ do not mix. But for those of you who can manage not to take 4 million ‘just incase outfits’ it would be perfect its not cheap but not a bank breaker at £54.99

Well they are my Festival Favourites I’m actually gutted that Im not going this year as I love festivals but to all of you who are
